What We Liked: This new Weber grill is the right choice if you’re looking for a larger grill than the E-310. The EP-435 offers a 49.6 cm² grilling surface and two additional grilling zones. These zones provided the necessary heat for perfectly browned burgers and steaks. With a side burner, two shelves, four wheels, a digital display, and a hatch for storing the propane tank, the EP-435 offers a lot for its $800 price tag. It’s also compatible with Weber accessories, including a grill insert.
What we didn’t like: The four wheels are small and lockable, but felt wobbly when moving the grill.

What we liked: If possible, opt for a three-burner gas grill, as they offer more versatile cooking zones. Otherwise—or if you grill infrequently or have a small yard—the E-210 is the perfect choice. Like the E-310, this grill was redesigned this year. Its dual burners are easy to light and produce the perfect embers and temperature for burgers, steaks, and fish. Of course, the E-210 offers Weber’s excellent customer service and high-quality craftsmanship.
What we didn’t like: This grill is best suited for two-person households. For larger households, consider a larger Weber.

In testing, flare-ups were minimal, and the grill ran consistently with high heat retention. The construction of this model is extremely solid, and we expect it to last at least 10 years.
What we didn’t like: The slightly higher price. It may not be justified for small families or individuals with limited space. If you’re a first-time gas grill buyer, you might be just as happy with the more discreet Weber Spirit E-310.
